Gregory Alex Hamrick 47, of Summersville, went to be with Jesus on Monday May 26, 2014. He had a joyful heart, a smile that could light up a room, blue eyes that expressed all of his thoughts and a way of making everyone that worked with him feel loved. Alex loved the color red, ice cream, trucks and ?????. He is now running and singing with angels.

Surviving are his father and mother, Zeke and Carolyn Ftizwater Hamrick of Keslers Cross Lanes; Sisters; Jennifer and husband Mike Fleming of Heaters; Robyn and husband Jay Stroh of Calera Ala.: Nephews: Andrew, Clayton, and Todd Fleming; and a niece; Amber Lynn Stroh.
