Casey Crouse
President/CEO/Director
Casey graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare in May 2014. In August of 2014 she began her employment with New Hope Residential Services (NHRSI). Her passion for people with disabilities started when she was in high school and worked with a special education class at the middle school. Casey is a native of West Virginia, however she now calls Roanoke Virginia her home. Along with her husband and 3 children, they are proud to be the Lead Pastoral family at Life Church Assembly of God.
Shelby Ribel
Behavior Support Professional
Shelby grew up in Florida and moved to Morgantown, WV in 2010, where she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from WVU. Shelby spent time in Wheeling, WV, running a domestic violence shelter, which is where she found her passion for helping people. Shelby joined the New Hope team in 2021 as the Behavior Support Professional, where she advocates for the needs of adults with developmental delays to strive for the highest level of independence and success possible. In her free time, you can find Shelby reading books, playing with her toddler, or playing rounds of trivia.

Lacie Bess
Direct Care Supervisor/ Scheduler
Lacie was born and raised in Nicholas County. She has always had a big heart and a passion for helping people that’s why she became a caregiver in 2020 once she graduated high school. She joined New Hope in May of 2022, the position for staff supervisor became available and she joined the lead team in September of 2022.
